peeeuwer ragin' I'd imagine, at not signing a pre-contract agreement with a football club in it's death throes.

It's the way it is, EK. He could sign for Rangers at the end of the season for £5,000 a week, or he could take a gamble that a Championship side may want him in the summer and he could more than double that. It is sad to say, but a lot of footballers value money over success.

where woud you be without the aid of smileys?

If we win this tax case I fear for how you will react after all these months of building yourself up into a frenzy over this

henrik

or his form could dip back to where it was and nobody else would want him and he needs to stay at st j on a grand a week

big gamble

It is indeed. But the SPL struggles to compete with the Championship in terms of money. Our game is on its knees, this week we had one of our bigger clubs (relative to Scottish Football), Dundee United, say they will not be able to bid more than £25,000 for a player.

£25,000 That was Gravesen's pocket money only a few years back.

Where would you be with a personality and a sense of humour ya boring caant? Somewhere other than East Kilbride I'd imagine.

Yet we can apparantly affored Celik at £250k.

Go figure TCD.

Again you seem oblivious to the fact the Rangers maybe didnt want Sandaza right now and certainly didnt think he was worth paying £300k for.

He might have been seen as a decent freebie squad player for next season and nothing more.

Even thats stretching it for me. Hes average at best even in the SPL.

Taylor...Ya club is a ticking time bomb...with an embarassment of a 49yr old Rookie as manager

Two oot and wan in

Celik is not a striker

Who said Celik was a striker?

Hes a goalscoring midfield player - something we have almost exclusively relied on Naismith for.

I think the only person confused over that point was you TCD.

And when you say two 'oot' are you referring to Davie Weir as one of them. You do know he has barely played this season and we have the best defensive record in the country.

I am not sure grampa going - or another fringe player in Fleck for that matter - is going to decide the title.

We were talking in monetary terms and both leaving freed up wages

Davie Weir said so on Talksport this morning
