His trial is on the 23rd then? Can he go to prison for tax evasion?
i dont know british law but whats it for?
He's up for tax evasion, I asked my old man if he can go to prison for it. Apparently if Harry pays off the money he allegedly stole through the tax evasion then he can be let go after.
Indeed he can and it's likely he'll have his back doors smashed in by Mr Big who's "in" with the warden
Not 1 reporter mentioned it at his press conference
Not sure of the details in either case but Lester Piggot got three years.
In 1987 he was jailed for three years, of which he served 366 days for tax fraud. The following year he was stripped of his OBE (which he had been awarded in 1975).
Fecking hell he can get 3 years?
nah nah nah nah harrys going down
Lester didn't name anybody from racing which they were after, that's why he got 3 years
Is that "Hanging" Judge Leonard presiding?
Paulpowersleftfoot (U1037)
So Harry has to be a grass or get sent down, tough choice.
Porridge on the menu, could happen but not likely big fine if found guilty. And Spurs get a points reduction for aiding and abetting
Defrauding her majesties tax collectors is serious buisness!
They must have something on him.
If he is guilty he should be sent to prison like anyone else would be.
With lester he was the small fish, they were after the owners and trainers, this was before everyone wealthy kept their cash offshore
I got told if you're done for tax evasion you can pay off the money you stole or just face dropping the soap inside. I don't think he'll go to prison to be honest. I bet someone will pay the judge or jury off.
Wenger is defending Arry,he didn't see a thing so Arry boy is in the clear.
You should have to pay the money back anyway, prison should be he punishment for the crime. I'm sure he will get off somehow though.
Judge Leonard is a Gooner, its going to be a tough call for him.

Exactly, I doubt I can see the future England manager get sent down for 3 years It might be 2 though if he's on good behaviour
I suspect without this court case he would already be the England manager
If Gerrard was an ordinary man he would have gone to jail for his assault.

Not to mention sha, ging young girls and getting them pregnant and running over young girls too.
He got a 16 year old pregnant a few years ago.
"On 1 October 2007, Gerrard was involved in a low-speed accident in Southport when the car he was driving hit a ten-year-old cyclist"
Horrible man.
