Depends on the situation.
Adebayour was getting loads of abuse by the Arsenal fans so they deserved it.
I don't have a problem with a returning player celebrating unless, he addresses/provokes our fans, kisses the new badge, is Judas or scores a crucial goal to, say, prevent us getting CL football for example.
Otherwise, celebrations are just part of football and are fun
Afternoon Paul
Fair point although some players will some wont regardless of the situation
It looks quite classy to not celebrate but if you are going to the Adebayor is the way to go
King arry
Scoring a goal in the Prem must be the most joyous thing so the natural reaction must be to celebrate where ever you're playing
Keane's just scored another screamer...
69.......How come he was pants for the last two years ??????
I was so overjoyed when we sold Keane, but we simply did not replace him, losing Crouch too and only bringing in Ade. NEW STRIKER!!!
I think Pav will have to go quickly if we want to buy one in Jan ....Think we will buy in the close season though
I honestly think Keane was so bad for us cos he tried too hard for us. Dropped off too deep trying to dictate play. Just stay up top and hes a very good player
What happened to the money we gained in the summer and from the champions league?
The fact Villa are paying Jenas' wages, WHU are paying for Bentley and Hutton and Keane both left the wage bill.
Wrong thread, but why can't we have a NEW STRIKER NOW!
God, I sound like RRP
Who tho King arry??
Anyone we get now cant be that good surely?
Either they will have fallen out of favour which in itself is worrying or we've to find a top player at a club who cant say no to an average bid cos we wont spend crazy money.
arry
Danny has all that dosh buried in the garden just waiting for the right moment to wave it under Pardews nose ....

He's actually playing the same way for Villa.
what dropping off? is he?
well it wont last then if thats the case
He'll have a good start and then drop off the radar again.

SQUID
I think at Spurs there too much competition and pressure. Players are expected to deliver immediately and if you dont then there's someone waiting to take your place.
69......Maybe but he's got millions of caps for R.O.I and it's not like he's a newby at Spurs
Squid
I'm trying to think of an answer but can't pinpoint anything. Who knows why players lose form...so many reasons...
Its like with Torres isnt it, is he really finished??
maybe a new club would do the trick he used to be very very good and now hes just complete rubbish?
Messia

You're right. We're only going to get top top striker when a new manager comes into a top club and has a clear out, ala Mourinho, Real Madrid and Van der Vaart.
However, many of us feel like we need another striker to see us through to the end of the season and CL football.
Im with you on that one too mate, if Ade gets injured say, we are struggling. We'd have to change everything around cos we've no one to play up front on their own.
@kingarry
We are paying David bentleys wages as of this week.
