the only thing that will cheer me up is a 0-0 draw in the 4:00 game

Having watched chelsea yesterday, and us today, I have to say that I really fancy us for third. Not only have we been the better team so far this season, but today we showed a unity and a desire that is simply lacking throughout the Chelsea team.

"We should have gone out there with the aim of taking control of the game and playing our football. That simply didn't happen until we found ourselves two down and with a mountain to climb."

Wasn't that much of a mountain though, was it.
If <Citeh> do lose the title, it will be due to the games with the Sunderlands and not the PL top 4 rivals.

Do you think we'll go out and buy someone now?

No Chet. I honestly don't think we will

I'm not sure even seeing Arsenal lose by 8 would cheer me up.....

ah who am I kidding, title crack is over now but we still look good for top 3...come on Man U!!

Has Mankini done his interview??

Spurm we could still grab 2nd

We could do that even if Man U win today. And I have to say nothing would cheer me up more than Arsenal getting beat heavily, preferably with RVP getting a 6 match ban for punching Walcott in the face!

tbh (and you may abuse me freely for being negative) I want a utd win now, I dont think we can win the title, and third is almost as good as second - the reason I want utd to win is more about wanting arsenal to lose, not because I cant stand them (which I cant) but to keep 5th place 10 points adrift. and of course it keeps them in the upper-mid table battle with Newcastle and Liverpool wich is always amusing.

They sat luck evens itself out........

whens it our turn??

There's a difference between luck and bad reffing. It cost us at Stoke and cost us today..nothing unlucky about incompetence

i wnat utd win now im affraid.. just watched replays of last 5 min and bale really messed up, should of put defoe through first time and it was our throw if benny let it go with 30 seconds to go and he hoofs it up field.. mindless

really creditable performance by spurs today. Just can't quite believe our luck in the last minute.

Do all refs hate us?

posted on 22/1/12

Not really, we just always get the bad ones in the games that really matter

no problem with penalty. thats all BAe fault ball going out for our throw with 30 seconds to go and he keeps it in and then with no one around him he hoofs it up field

completly braindead

I agree weare, however it could be said that if Balotelli had been red carded he wouldn't have been there for King to foul....or that City would have even been attacking

Ive just regained enough composure to type, ARGHHHHHHH, Need Arsenal to concede before i will feel normal again.

We enjoy beating Arsenal these days I'm actually most worried about our trip to White Hart Lane! And we have to go to Anfield, LFC at home, Stamford Bridge, Norwich away, and of course this game right now, all before Spurs on March 3rd Think Spurs will give us the toughest game

Spurs played well, and really the win tipped on a knife edge earlier, as we saw could have swung either way, could have been 2 points or 8 points, unfortunately the latter.

Hope Spurs can claw back into the PL race, just not at United's expense
