R: First of all, its been a busy few weeks for you in the transfer market, are you pleased with how its gone?
LSTD: We're delighted, we've brought in some top class players in the form of Chiellini, Kuba, Gaitan ect and we really believe we can push on with these signings and challenge high up the league.
R: There was a lot of people criticising the club for the fee paid for Nicolas Gaitan, was he over priced?
LSTD: Well we're not going to sit here and lie it was a huge fee to pay but he has quality and for that you need to pay large fees. We feel he has an important role to play once he's settled and he'll prove his worth. Its always better than paying over the odds for english players like Lennon and Cahill.
R: You spent a lot of time chasing Hazard and Mikel from Newcastle are you dissapointed to have missed out on them?
LSTD: We felt Mikel would have really complimented our style so yes thats been disappointing for us but we have to move on, the signing of Gokhan Inler will really help and we have Romeu there too and of course the talented Cirgliano out on loan. We have our eye on a player from abroad too. As for Hazard he is a top quality player but we signed Mario Gotze who can become just as good if not better and he will fill the role perfectly, so we have no worries there.
R: Eric Lamela makes his full debut this weekend, he was very good out on loan is this a sign that he will be your surprise package this season or with the signing of Gotze is there a chance he will go back out on loan?
LSTD: Yes Eric is a fantastic talent and we believe he can fill the role just behind the striker very well and we expect him to really take advantage of the chance he has this week to impress us and have a long run in the side.
R: Just to end of, you've brought in a legend of the game in Didier Drogba, what will his role be at his age?
LSTD: Quite simply he brings that experience of the big games to the team, age is a number we have all seen his class, he is here to do what he has always done for his clubs, make a nuissance of himself and score goals.

No. Despite three hard games i believe we should have at least got 1 point out of the 3 games.

Well its a little less predictable i guess which makes it good. though the scorelines should be more realistic. too many games there is 1 goal in it. like my game vs city for example. irl it would have been 3-1 maybe 3-0 or 4-1 lol

Hmm not really i thought i could get a point vs qpr but seeing their start has made it clearer that i had potentially the hardest start
4) Out of the signings that you made in pre-season, which one satisfied you the most?
erm none yet. we need to perform better.

I have improved the team a lot but id like to reduce my loans to permanent deals

Its a good start and obviously its wigan their fans have to thank. Having said that it did help them that 2 of the teams didnt really show up but not taking anything away from qpr they did very well

Well i dont think i have any player who is the most important. football is a team game and we must act as equals.

slighty more involved in football. well ive played it on the pc and its hard to control the players on there. id prefer to make a judgement once im able to play it on my PS3 but i guess judging from the computer its better than that shambles of a game fifa 12

No, 3 points from 9 simply isnt good enough, a defeat to Liverpool was very dissapointing, saying that a win last week v a strong WBA was a fantastic result away from home

Ratings of some players way too high, game play basically last years. The challenges are fun though
1) Are you satisfied with your opening start to the season?
I was quite disappointed to have drawn with Norwich, our loss to Arsenal was pretty inevitable but I was happy with the performance. Then I was very pleased with our point at Portsmouth, people may say we got a stroke of luck in the fact they got a red card but we showed a lot of spirit and determination to draw back level.
2) Are you happy with the new results system now that you have seen it in use?
A bit happier, although personally I'd rather there just be one generated result rather than 3 but overall I'm happy.
3) Did you get any unexpected results?
I was a bit surprised we dropped points to Norwich and very surprised we picked up a point at Portsmouth so yes.
4) Out of the signings that you made in pre-season, which one satisfied you the most?
Well we have been a bit unlucky with injuries so far add to the fact, we have only played 3 games aswell, it's really hard to say.
5) Are you satisfied with all your dealings in the summer?
Overall I'm happy but I feel we may have been over reliant on the loan market.

Fluke.
Nah, they have played well and deserve their position but they have a tough test against Villa next and it will be difficult for them to carry on their winning form.

I don't like to single out individuals in my team.

I like to play tennis and I like to watch the Olympics but that's about it.

The first touch is shocking and it seems pretty similar to Fifa 12 but just because of the career mode updates, I'll definitely be buying the game.

Chelsea FC - Fan settles in at Stamford Bridge
Q - Its been a turbulent week or so for you, how have you settled in?
A - Well was kinda thrown in at the deep end, with less than 12 hours to get the team prepared for the game v Birmingham, I would have settled for a point at this early stage and thats what we got so was happy with that performance, yesterday was a fantasic win for us, away to Newcastle is tough for anyone, especially with key injuries so delighted to come away with 3 pts.
Q - Now th transfer window is open, we see you have made your on mark on the squad, with lots of ins and outs, how do you feel your signings will settle?
A - Well I have worked with Arturo and Neymar before and was delighted to bring them with me from Hull, I have lots of Respect for Hull City A.F.C so allowed them to talk to Javi, John and Ezequeill, the deal was a fair one for both clubs, other signings i am happy with and have brought in some fresh new blood like Gotze, Chiellini, Belhanda, Rodwell, Nastasic, Bent and Lloris..So hopefully they hit the ground running in what I feel is a new dynamic Chelsea.
Q - Lots of controversy with Terry and Lampard leaving, they have been Mr and Mrs Chelsea for a long time, why have you let them go?
A - To be honest, as soon as I walked in the door, they were at my office door, demanding to know why there sugar daddy Vince had left, I told them it was non of their business and they were now working for me, they took exeption to my answer and told me they would find it hard to work under a new boss with new ideas, so as quickly as I had shut the door behind them they were on their way to new clubs.
Q - So a new hardline approach from you Fan?
A - Yes I aint gonna take no sh7t from anyone who thinks they are bigger than this club
Q - Any regrets on selling Cesc?
A - Myabe a small on, but to bring in Gotze and Chiellini was good business, we have a solid defence and a very exciting young winger.
Q - Vincent Kompany was made captain as soon as you walked in the door, why have you chosen him?
A - Vincent is a true leader, as are Neuer, Lahm, Chiellini, Arturo and Yaya but I felt I needed a leader at the back, Chiellini is new to the club so that ios why Vincent was chosen, he is also I player I have admired for a long time.
Q - So what do we expect from Chelsea in the future?
A - Like said, I want to bring an exiting new approach, as under Vince they had become quite stale, despite having a good season. I want to improve the squad which I feel I have already done and we will go out to win every single game.
Q - Can you win the league?
A - I wouldnt have left Hull if I didnt feel that way
Q - Any team selection headaches for this week?
A - Well Marcelo is still injured and Neuer picked up a knock on Sunday, Arturo fell down the stairs so he will be out for a few weeks..

A - Think Terry pushed him on his way passed him, if I ever see him again..
Q - JT has quit England, you think he is on a downward slope?
A - Yes he has been for some years now, and we have got rid of what in my opinion is a leader of a bad bunch, his mates Rob and Frank are no longer welcome at this club.

1) 9 games in, what are your views your season?
Well I think for a team of Readings quality compared to others in the league we have had a great start. There are 11 or 12 teams in this league with great squads who could all finish in europe. While 4 or 5 of the teams below these 12 are also very good. This means staying in the league will be very hard but i am delighted with our start. If we can beat Norwich in the next league game we'd have 10 points after 10 games and that would be fantastic.
2) Are you confident of achieving your target?
My main target is to keep Reading in the league. If we do this the club will be satisfied. However, my main target as a club is to build a team ready to challenge for europe in time for season 6.
3) Will you be taking the league cup seriously?
I take all cups seriously. We want to succeed as a cup. However this doesnt mean I will be playing my first 11 as other players need game time and some players need a rest.
4) Who do you think will win the title?
Well from the looks of it Arsenal will be the favourites but things can change. I personally see it between Chelsea and Arsenal this year with Birmingham slightly behind but really are outside contenders. I'd have to go with Arsenal though.

Hmm thats hard to tell because we have only just started the season and you dont know who will be your competitors yet. Myself, I see the teams being Everton, Norwich and Wigan.

Well I think the league is starting to take shape now however I feel teams like villa will fall down into the europa places while my side may be slightly lower. I think the top 2 will be how it is.

No, 3 points from 9 simply isnt good enough, a defeat to Liverpool was very dissapointing, saying that a win last week v a strong WBA was a fantastic result away from home

not yet but Liverpool loss was hard to take

They have settled in well Cahill, Remy have been good signings but securing Mvila was vital to continue his partnership with Vidal in the heart of my team

1) Are you satisfied with your opening start to the season?
I was quite disappointed to have drawn with Norwich, our loss to Arsenal was pretty inevitable but I was happy with the performance. Then I was very pleased with our point at Portsmouth, people may say we got a stroke of luck in the fact they got a red card but we showed a lot of spirit and determination to draw back level.
2) Are you happy with the new results system now that you have seen it in use?
A bit happier, although personally I'd rather there just be one generated result rather than 3 but overall I'm happy.
3) Did you get any unexpected results?
I was a bit surprised we dropped points to Norwich and very surprised we picked up a point at Portsmouth so yes.
4) Out of the signings that you made in pre-season, which one satisfied you the most?
Well we have been a bit unlucky with injuries so far add to the fact, we have only played 3 games aswell, it's really hard to say.
5) Are you satisfied with all your dealings in the summer?
Overall I'm happy but I feel we may have been over reliant on the loan market.
6) What are your views on QPR's excellent start to the season?
Fluke.
Nah, they have played well and deserve their position but they have a tough test against Villa next and it will be difficult for them to carry on their winning form.

I don't like to single out individuals in my team.

Dairy Milk Caramel.

I like to play tennis and I like to watch the Olympics but that's about it.

The first touch is shocking and it seems pretty similar to Fifa 12 but just because of the career mode updates, I'll definitely be buying the game.

Chelsea FC - Fan settles in at Stamford Bridge
Q - Its been a turbulent week or so for you, how have you settled in?
A - Well was kinda thrown in at the deep end, with less than 12 hours to get the team prepared for the game v Birmingham, I would have settled for a point at this early stage and thats what we got so was happy with that performance, yesterday was a fantasic win for us, away to Newcastle is tough for anyone, especially with key injuries so delighted to come away with 3 pts.
Q - Now th transfer window is open, we see you have made your on mark on the squad, with lots of ins and outs, how do you feel your signings will settle?
A - Well I have worked with Arturo and Neymar before and was delighted to bring them with me from Hull, I have lots of Respect for Hull City A.F.C so allowed them to talk to Javi, John and Ezequeill, the deal was a fair one for both clubs, other signings i am happy with and have brought in some fresh new blood like Gotze, Chiellini, Belhanda, Rodwell, Nastasic, Bent and Lloris..So hopefully they hit the ground running in what I feel is a new dynamic Chelsea.
Q - Lots of controversy with Terry and Lampard leaving, they have been Mr and Mrs Chelsea for a long time, why have you let them go?
A - To be honest, as soon as I walked in the door, they were at my office door, demanding to know why there sugar daddy Vince had left, I told them it was non of their business and they were now working for me, they took exeption to my answer and told me they would find it hard to work under a new boss with new ideas, so as quickly as I had shut the door behind them they were on their way to new clubs.
Q - So a new hardline approach from you Fan?
A - Yes I aint gonna take no sh7t from anyone who thinks they are bigger than this club
Q - Any regrets on selling Cesc?
A - Myabe a small on, but to bring in Gotze and Chiellini was good business, we have a solid defence and a very exciting young winger.
Q - Vincent Kompany was made captain as soon as you walked in the door, why have you chosen him?
A - Vincent is a true leader, as are Neuer, Lahm, Chiellini, Arturo and Yaya but I felt I needed a leader at the back, Chiellini is new to the club so that ios why Vincent was chosen, he is also I player I have admired for a long time.
Q - So what do we expect from Chelsea in the future?
A - Like said, I want to bring an exiting new approach, as under Vince they had become quite stale, despite having a good season. I want to improve the squad which I feel I have already done and we will go out to win every single game.
Q - Can you win the league?
A - I wouldnt have left Hull if I didnt feel that way
Q - Any team selection headaches for this week?
A - Well Marcelo is still injured and Neuer picked up a knock on Sunday, Arturo fell down the stairs so he will be out for a few weeks..
Q - Fell or pushed?
A - Think Terry pushed him on his way passed him, if I ever see him again..
Q - JT has quit England, you think he is on a downward slope?
A - Yes he has been for some years now, and we have got rid of what in my opinion is a leader of a bad bunch, his mates Rob and Frank are no longer welcome at this club.

1) 9 games in, what are your views your season?
Well I think for a team of Readings quality compared to others in the league we have had a great start. There are 11 or 12 teams in this league with great squads who could all finish in europe. While 4 or 5 of the teams below these 12 are also very good. This means staying in the league will be very hard but i am delighted with our start. If we can beat Norwich in the next league game we'd have 10 points after 10 games and that would be fantastic.
2) Are you confident of achieving your target?
My main target is to keep Reading in the league. If we do this the club will be satisfied. However, my main target as a club is to build a team ready to challenge for europe in time for season 6.
3) Will you be taking the league cup seriously?
I take all cups seriously. We want to succeed as a cup. However this doesnt mean I will be playing my first 11 as other players need game time and some players need a rest.
4) Who do you think will win the title?
Well from the looks of it Arsenal will be the favourites but things can change. I personally see it between Chelsea and Arsenal this year with Birmingham slightly behind but really are outside contenders. I'd have to go with Arsenal though.
5) Which three teams are your main rivals?
Hmm thats hard to tell because we have only just started the season and you dont know who will be your competitors yet. Myself, I see the teams being Everton, Norwich and Wigan.

We've have picked up a few really good results but we have also dropped points in games I felt we should have done better so it's been a bit of a mixed bag thus far.
2) Are you confident of achieving your target?
My target was top 12 and to get as close to the Europa League teams as possible but a lot of the sides around me have improved massively so that could be a tall order for us.
3) Will you be taking the league cup seriously?
I obviously want to win every game possible and that includes the cups but we are concentrating more on the league.

1) What is your opinion that the majority of teams in this league usually play the formation 4-2-3-1?
It's a safe formation to have which covers all the bases and its easy to define the roles of the centre mids
2) Will you be making any major changes to your team this weekend?
An injury has affected our starting xi this week, so there will be a personnel change this week, and possibly a change in tactics

Not really, balanced in most areas, would like to improve on a few of the 2nd choice options
