A managers job is to get the team playing as a unit, as a team, have them running in to brick walks and get them up for games. Have a plan to change things around if not going well.
None that been happening now for a long time.

Yeah, as long as we keep playing against 10 men
Were simply not good enough
Grayson out
All we have is three matches the opposition ended with 10 men. The team play has been rubbish.

Tommy you lost today at home to scoom
They don't feel like wins
They feel like Wins for grayson not for us.
What good is it winning? We will not win the playoffs if in them.
So what's the point?
Tommy
But if your playing bad, you will start to lose games and draw
And that's what's happened last two seasons

Not if it gets you a better manager it's not!

meme cannot be called a Leeds fan if he wants us to lose!!!
Sunderland got beat by Wigan and changed managers
Will be the best thing to happen to them in years if not decades.
For that to happen they had to get beat.

If it really isn't that bad, why the mass protests before the game?
If it really isn't thjat bad, why do none of our players want to stay?
If it really isn't that bad, why can't we buy any quality?
If it really isn't that bad, why are crowd attendances down?
If it really isn't that bad why is our quality of football so dire?
If it isn't that bad why are so many players falling out with the manager and told they're never playing for Leeds again?
There's nothing good about Leeds United right now, give me a break, It's so dam depressing being a Leeds supporter, I lost my job last year, you'd think that football is a release but it only adds to the horrible feeling, knowing were a nothing club, no ambition, no quality, and certainly no light at the end of the tunnel. At least the Manu fans made a noise. Tell me can anyone honestly be happy watching the dross that Leeds serve up week after week? I've never felt like that after yesterdays win, I just didn't feel like celebrating it, it just delays any sort of resolution.

We're not only unbeaten this year, we're Leeds United and we're great!
A very poor championship, which is clearly there for the taking, we're unbeaten this year only because we've played poor opposition, poor opposition who have actually ALL outplayed us. Our luck will run out very soon, hopefully by which point we might start to play well.
The reality is that we will not be going up for a long time and if anything, relegation could be real in the next couple of seasons, after Snodgrass, Clayton, Lees, Lonergan, McCormack and Becchio have left us to more ambitious teams with better wages.
