Anyone know who's on the bench yet? *stifles laugh*
Yeah that's right, I did a joke
so basically we will find out the outcome later on? It's not going to be one of these long drawn out court cases that go on for weeks?
they are saying two weeks Don
The Jury consists of
Pav, Bassong, Darren Bent and that bloke who hit the ball at him in training when he was at Pompy
cheers @ moments in hell, Long drawn out process then.....what a yawn fest!!!
The prosecuter - http://www.18rlc.co.uk/index.php/barristers/black/125
The legal system is sooooooooo slow and inefficient....
Defence - "Manz guilty"
Jury - "Yup, guilty"
Judge - "pay money Henry, now lets all get drunk"
Don, yeah, starts at 10am each day from tomorrow, at least we only have Watford and Wigan during this. Hopefully it'll be over by the Liverpool game.
I bet the HMRC and Harry come to an agreement before the end of the trial
Pay back money + a fine and suspended service
Also re-sign Mido

Are you suggesting we need a manager to play Liverpooo? We play our NextGen squad and still win
Harry offers the HMRC Pav on loan to do some helping out around the office
that bloke who hit the ball at him in training when he was at Pompy

Prosecution begins by pointing to Redknapp and Mandaric in the dock to identify them to jury...
Prosecution say the payments of $295,000 were "bungs or offshore bonuses which parties had no intention of declaring for tax"
And Doovde, no, but as its an away game I'd rather it be over before the match as Harry would struggle to get from Southwark to Liverpool in time for the game.
Gave you the info weeks again when someone (was it you ?? ) posted the transcript of the EDI transfer between Mandravic and Redknapps' companies.
The "overall picture" shows a contract for services between a UK company, and an overseas company for an individual who is a UK tax denizen, and performing services in the UK for a UK client.
That points to tax evasion.
For the sums involved (for Arry anyway) , and pleading so straight off, will bring the full IR armoury of penalties bar custodial.
But if the IR are primarily looking to take Mandravic as a scalp ...
RDBD please come home for a few mins
I am home.
What is the matter with you ??
Have you been mauled again by RRP and his 5 yr old styley "potato" jokes ??
Does anyone honestly think this affect his chances at the England job?
I don't think so Fridgeboy
I still think come next season he will take the job, be it the start or the end!
I have a feeling he will take it part time with a view to going full time at the end of the 2012/13 season
fridgeboy :
If the FA have any integrity left, yes. Arry should not be an option.
I cite Venables as the precedent.
But of course, given the dire condition of England managers in delivering tournaments from "golden generations" etc, they are probably so desperate that Saddam / Pol Pot / Mr Ronery will be appointed if Arry declines.
