I am neutral and fair and I believe Balotelli knew what he was doing ie kicking out at an opponent. That it was Parker's bonce is unclear but he knew he could connect.

King arry - look at what he let Holland get away with in the World Cup Final for the first 100 minutes. Yesterday came as no surprise - unfortunately.

King Arry, you can see he's turned away and is turning back as Balotelli connects with the stamp, he couldn't have seen the whole incident and I don't think he was focused on the two of them either.

I think it's inconclusive that he truly saw it. Video clips show he looked in the direction but that he didn't see the whole act.

You still have to question how 2 red card offences went unnoticed under England's top referee.
