On the pitch: Harry
Off the pitch: Wenger
I'll go first:
Harry: 70%
Mancini: 60%
Wenger: 50%
KK: 20%
Avb: 10%
This season;
Harry, Mancini, AVB, Wenger, Kenny
Overall
Wenger
Mancini
AVB
Kenny=Harry
AVB 10%?
Really?
I like to see that you're giving him a chance.
We are not interested in profits and losses, strictly football rating plz.
@Arsenaldog, What good has Avb done for Chelsea since his arrival, can you name one plz?
Kenny - 30% - Poor signings and struggling to compete since the league moved on
Wenger - 20% - Tactically the worst of all top managers, and one of the worst in the league. A man of integrity (until he started lying under pressure). has consistently taken Arsenal backwards in each of the last 5 seasons.
Mancini - 60% - has managed to control the mercenaries and form a semblance of a team. I liked the way he dealt with Tevez
AVB - 60% - old squad, tough job to deal with the egos, but still looks likely to make top 4.
Harry - 80% - consider where they are whilst maintaining profitability. He's beaten Wenger hands down to the mantle of good football + financial fair play translating to success.
except maybe squat like a Tiger and obstruct the view of decent fans on the front row, confusing the players with his constant whistling and ineffective and constantly changing instructions. Imo he should allow them get on with the game, not sure he knows more than them to be frank...
@Jayram, I'm afraid you are wrong about Chelsea and Avb, we came second last season, did the players suddenly add 5yrs to their age. He didn't inherit a particularly bad squad imo. Infact we are still in top 4 inspite of Avb. Imo.
del *imo* We have to give some of the Chelsea players credit for managing to keep the club in contention. The likes of Mata, Sturridge, Ramires, Terry, Luiz, Drogba, Ivan and Lampard have been instumental.

I think you have to take into account that he is a young man - younger than some of the senior players. He has to win their respect and he is trying to alter Chelsea's style of play. Some of the players have really shown their age this year - Lampar, Drogba, Terry - three of the players so important to Chelsea. The spine is basically gone. Still playing but nowhere near the same level.
True, but has he altered their style of play yet? And did Barce, Real, Utd or even Arsenal risk dropping out of top 4 during their transition?
Barca or Man U have not been through a transition.
Real have - but they play in the Spanish league - they are not going to miss the top 4.
Arsena have not been in transition - they have been in decline and will indeed miss the top 4.
AVB's major season is next season and assuming he keeps you in the top 4 I think you have a cracking manager.
ok then, lets pray we make top 4
