he took scholes off why?
what did hernandez do, did he expect him to link up with welbeck?
it was a wengerfail
If scholes was tiring why didnt we bring on pogba.

Because evidently, he is not ready.
Fergie took a gamble to try and win the game.
We were down to the bare bones... He made a change and it didn't pay off... happens every week to one team or another.
You could argue a case for Pogba, but I don't think he has shown enough nerve in the games he has started... throwing him into that cauldron could do more harm than good.
I'd have prefered to see Berba on, to hold that ball up... but I can see why he went with Chico as the game got stretched.
4-4-2 was not the problem, leaving giggs on to the end was. he was terrible almost from the start trying the flambouyant instead of the simple. i refuse to believe the youngsters cant do better. weak from fergie.
You don't think it was bad defending for the second goal then? we could have had 10 in the middle, a long ball up top, big man wins the flick and trash defending to pick up the second player cost us. Surely??????????
Park took his goal well but overall he was poor, he just could not stay on his feet for some reason.
Giggs was equally poor. How many passes does he waste? Then you compare someone like Scholes who amassed a passing accurary of 97% in the first half to illustrate how poor Giggs was! I would love to know if Giggs reached a respectable accuracy because on just observation alone it appeared every other ball was being misplaced.
We need more players like Scholes and Carrick in CENTRAL midfield and less like Giggs.
As soon as Scholes went off and Fergie opted for 4-4-2 we were so ragged.

Yes the defence and in particular Evra was flat footed. De Gea always remains rooted to his line but he could've anticipated what was happening.
That defence with Lindegaard in goal would've been far more assured. Most of the mistakes are bourne out of uncertainty. No one, even us fans, are certain what De Gea is likely to do. So it begs the question, why play someone in a game of this magnitude, especially when Lindegaard is seemingly ahead in the pecking order?
De Gea needs time and patience, he also needs to bulk up a little because he often appears like a little skinny boy in an over sized top!
If they don't trust De Gea, then why leave him massively exposed for both goals.... I don't buy that crap about the defence being unnerved because of the goalie, players get on with it and stick to their own plan of action.
Couldn't it be argued that De Gae was unnerved by the defence in front of him... the defence that cost us the game?
A draw was not an option for us as Fergie thinks we can still win the league, so he put another striker on- it was gonna be win or lose from then on. Btw credit to Giggs and Scholes they had such a good game!
