de-near-term

At last a sensible post.Thank you.

About the new signing, apparently we were looking at him before he went to Turkey. He is being kept out the team by a guy scoring barrowloads. Some really embarrassing posts here.

Call it embarrassing if you must, I can say though with 100% honesty that I do not think Scott Brown should be in our midfield and feel no embarrassment in saying so.

Harry,

You need guts n determination as much as great crosses and cracking goals.

I remember the 6-2 game and the foreigners were hurt(ish) professional pride but in the SPL you need a fighter.

Remember when MON marched NL on the park at Ibrox?

I thought it was a silly thing to do but I understand it - while Sutton was throwing the toys out NL was grafting...

I think we can all agree that Broonie is not worth the money he is on. That said I rate him as a player, just not one on 25 k a week. I would rather have paid that to ne honest than let him go for free.

He is on a good run right now and he was our best player last week. For me he provides raw balance to the likes of Forrest, Wanyama, Ledley etc. and I would have him play ecery week. Now when all of our midfielders are fit, then we will have a dilema bit until then lets all do the Broonie

I disagree. One because I think he's a vital player and two because not one of you has a clue how much money he's on.

True Harry and as I say I rate the guy and disagree with his haters. But if it is true that he is getting paid 25k a week and is the highest paid player then I dont think he is worth it. But as I said he was in a win win situation when his contract was up and I am delighted that he stayed.

Harry he horse, It is exceptionally stupid to think you know that everyone would agree about Scot Brown. Football is a game of opinions and I think anyone who knows anything about the game should that.
Despite your lack of appreciation of Scot's skills and abilities Celtic are doubtlessly in my mind a better player when he plays.
