One of our great strengths is that we always have players on the bench who can come on and change a game. Yesterday for example we had Ki, Commons, Matthews and Samaras on the bench. We're way ahead of everyone else in that respect.
Trebles are difficult to win
If we win the treble count me in!
I think I might do a treble forward roll if we make it to Wednesday morning without losing our main cogs and managing to miraculously get even a couple of loanees in. But I can't see it.
Fingers crossed that, as the ever impartial Give Impartiality A Hand said, the referees will 'look after us'
Absolute lunatic of a man/woman! Poor thing actually believes it as well
gers casuals going to 'row' with the hibs boys
I've got a mate who's a 'Hibs casual'. About as hard as my 1st sh_te
I see.
Guy who runs our bus from Tall Cranes on Craigton Road said 30 Hibs casuals came in for a beer before the game. Place is decked out in Celtic gear aswell. He said they where sound as a pound though.
I bet "rows" never happen these day's. Aberdeen casuals last week was the first I have heard of any football violence in scotland for ages, and apparantly that was pretty mild.
papa
my mate used to run about with the celtic boys, he got his jaw broken off 2 Rangers fans in the sir john moore
RnR
they do happen mate, its very well arranged tho, down in England its right back to be pretty bad again
RnR - It wasn't mild if you were one of the unfortunate folk I seen trampled under a police horse after getting a baton (not the horse's boaby) bounced off yer heed.
As far as the actual Aberdeen 'casuals' go though, you're probably bang on. I think the only people they hurt were a few old guys takin their grandkids to the game and one or 2 women who happened to be passing the subway entrance when they emerged all rabid and full of sheep's p_sh.
Ghod - I know a few wee neds who go through to Tynie and that with Celtic as well and think they're Danny Dyer. All they do is attack the odd innocent supporter and run away from anything organised. It's as sad as sh_t really
Papa, I didn't hear anything about that, all I heard was the dons got out the subway looking for a fight and they were quickly hemmed in by the cops.
Love a wee midweek trip to Tynie, It's a good buzz. Last season when we got beat 2-0 through there Gorgie Road was like a warzone before and after the game.
Does anyone else remember the same treble talk at almost the exact same time last year?
