Utd were superb and should've scored more.

The stats ought to be placed into perspective, Stoke were woeful. Utd could've played without a keeper!

We were the same against Liverpool. Very good with possession.

If Carrick had done that for a certain Spanish team, he would be one of the best players in Europe.

the possion has been great the last few weeks, arsenal, liverpool and stoke, we have kept it really well, hopefully with clev coming back we can turn that into a few goals

most i've ever seen is xavi against plzen in the cl this season: 161/170 (he made only 26 less passes than the entire plzen team managed!!!)

No coincidence that our better passing coincides with the return of Scholes either by the way.

The carp immobile Michael Carrick covered more ground than any other United player. And you know it isn't headless chicken movement with him

Scholes and Carrick were a joy to watch and totally ran the game

Agreed.

Scholes in particular brought so much calmness and passing accuracy. Clearly a short stint into retirement had given him food for as he seems to have rediscovered that hunger for the game.

Btw how good was Pogba's 20 min or so cameo? Could become the complete midfield dynamo. Just needs games. Future midfield could be: Nani - Pogs - Clevs - Valencia. Frightening!

I think SAF is managing Pogba brilliantly not rushing him into PL starts

We have loads of time with him and wouldn't surprise me to see him loaned out next season to get him up to top speed
