Murray is obviously better.
The financial position Rangers were in and he still managed to feed the media this:
http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/2008/01/06/rangers-s-secret-700m-blueprint-for-ibrox-78057-20275903/
See this £700m ibrox....it wasn't £700m for the stadium, it was £700m to invest in the whole govan area, regenerate the whole site and have Ibrox part as part of that.
It was also the most expensive of 3 options being discussed, and was before bank crisis enveloped MIH.
But feel free to forget all that and focus on 1 number.
Even if the bank crisis was averted, that option wasn't likely to the one chosen.
As it happens, the commonwealth games came to Glasgow but unfortunately, all the money from that went to the East end suburbs of the town.

Exactly, my point. The influence Murray had over the Scottish media was astonishing.

berz, has he served the papers like he said he would?
Y/N?
I take your point, Dos.
I'll be honest, Bears, I did not know how else to illustrate my point and have made myself look a bit foolish.
I was not insinuating a conspiracy, just stating that the media were more friendly with Murray than they are with Whyte. Nothing wrong with that, they were more friendly with MON than they were with WGS. Probably, because WGS hated the media and I actually loved him for it.

Why did Celtic play Milan a week early?...........So they could fit in their tour of Japan. .
Dos, I think what Lex is saying is that Whyte has delayed publication of the accounts for Rangers' holding company and even when they are released he will only publish the first six months, which would exclude the takeover.

I don't actually care, I know nothing about Whyte's holding company and the ins and outs of the accounts.

Lets assume what you say is true and will come to pass, what exactly do you expect the fans to do about it? That's right nothing. If the previous board, who knew all about the state of Rangers could not deal with SDM and buy the club, then all we have left is Craig Whyte.
Personally I can't see him riding off into the sunset, think of the dafties out there....
why not wait and see instead of speculating and perpetuating half truths and downright B.S. ....Dead right Dos, most of the Celtic comments on here are what if.. should... could...would ...or just downright windups.
Henrik, you are most welcome, anything to oblige one of my Celtic pals.
