You don't like the guy thus you are focussing in on his negatives. You are neglecting the huge postives that chairmen will see:
Winning promotion
Excellent win percentage
Bringing through good young players
Some goo performances in high profile cup matches
All in 3 years at a huge club, under a lot of pressure due to high expectations.
Previous to this he had won promotion with Blackpool.
Bringing through good young players
Hahaha dear me.
Bringin youth players through
What part of that makes you laugh meme?
Are you suggesting he didn't or he did but they weren't good?

Bringin youth players through
.........
If you can't look at our team sheets over the last few years and pick out many young players that have been brought in and played well then you have a much lower iq than I suspected.
Open your eyes fool.
Frank he's been here over three games
How many youth players have come through
2 lees and Thompson
And he dropped lees for odear once
And thompson only started 6 games
I'm talking about young players in general. What's the average age of our team?
I'm not going to go through it. If you can't see it or understand it then that's you problem.
What you mean is your talking s h ite and you can't explain it
Well he brought Johnson through Mccallister was wanting rid !
I agree Toon,
but it's not a Chairman or Board Member they'll be looking for, it's a manager/coach.
He didn't give a single youth player a debut in two and a half years, and ignored White who made his debut just before he came.
He only turned to youth when he ran out of options and decided the experienced players he'd wasted money on weren't good enough.
Johnson was signed by Dennis Wise, wasn't playing very well and didn't fit into McAllister's style of play as much as others.
He was still young and who's to say Macca wouldn't have brought him back anyway, and even so plenty still didn't rate him after last season.
The money he's wasted, the Andy O'Brien situation, and upsetting big names in football like Schmeichel and Bruce will all be black marks against him.
I can't see him getting a job at a decent sized club or a club above League 1 level, but I could see him getting a job similar to Blackpool when he first took over there.
For some reason he still gets talked up, so for all his name will be mud in higher circles, he'll have no trouble with the meat and potatoes brigade.

How long before Grayson gets a new job?
