Shocking at crosses.
Such a good shot stopper, though
Don't forget that he made a world class save from Sturridge in the first half. No replay was ever shown.
de gea will be the best in the world in a couple of yeats
his best save this season was the one against stoke from wilkinson's volley that he tipped onto the bar one of the best saves ive ever seen!
His save from Matta is one of the best saves I have ever seen.
Best shot-stopper in the PL, it's why we spent £18m for him. With some presence added to his game, he'll be one of the best in the world.
Never knew you liked De Gea, SLM.. Well done for praising him, the lad has potential.
As a side note, I think it's clear that he has more potential than Krul, Szczęsny or any other young goalkeeper in the league. Big flaws in his game, but they won't be there in a couple of years.
krul is the best all round young keeper in the prem at the minute a really excellent prospect

Are u joking? Never criticised him once. Check my history.
You could feel the pain of the commentators when they had to praise him.
He parried a decent shot over the bar and they actually had the nerve to say he fumbled it. Idiots

Remember the Sturridge long ranger when the score was 1-0?
Not even a replay.
Dirk Kuyt is in trouble with the authorities.
Apparantly when the teams met at Anfield last week, he called De Gea " a goalkeeper" at least 7 times.
Get over it Mancs. He's feckin useless!!!!!

Only problem there is there isn't another Yeats due for at least another 200 years.
Despite what some people are for some reason saying, De Gea wasn't at fault for any of the goals today.
He made at least 3 world class saves during the game which hopefully will restore a bit of confidence in him but his shot stopping ability isn't in question. It's his ability to deal with balls in the air from corners and freekicks which is the main area that he needs to improve on. He needs to learn when to stay on his line and when to come and punch or collect. I've no doubt that with games he'll improve, we just need to stick with him instead of rotating him and Lindegaard every 5-6 games because it's not doing him any good. He needs to play at least every Premier League game from now until the end of the season.
