Spot on mate, agree about Warnock & Billy too and as for Rosenior, he is a repellent character anyway, lacks knowledge in depth as does anyone who comes out and says 'Grayson did not deserve the sack', clearly no insight what so ever, as there is a perfectly good argument as to why he should have.

being in the Bates die camp, I'll go along with much of what you say regarding Grayson. he'd lost the dressing room without a doubt, and his constant swapping and changing gave us nothing. We haven't played decent football all season except in patches, but actually played great twice and that was for Gary Speed. So I ask myself why these players can do it for Gary and do themselves proud against Arsenal etc last season .... They didn't want to do it for Grayson. Plus the fact he hasn't been able to organise our defence since he arrived.

Youre also correct about Bates not trusting Grayson anymore in the market. he said before the season kicked off that he was unhappy about the number of loans we had who just warmed the bench or were played out of position. Writing was on the wall from the start.

I do however disagree about the next manager Warnock and Davies are not my ideal buddies, but both would stop the rot, get quickly organised and do what a manager should do and get organised and playing to their best abilities. We should be out of this league and another season down here, will only see fans carry on leaving. The fans have had enough of sky high prices with no sign of the promised land, and we were promised prem football. Warnock or Davies wouldn't work however as the relationship would break down in a second. Davies wants cash to do what he's done, and that bird will never fly with Bates. Warnock is capable of doing it on a shoe string, but would give both barells to Bates and tell him to keep his nose out. Bates won't wear that.
