Suppose an apology from the linesman is too much to ask!
I'm surprised there hasn't been more abuse directed towards the Brighton player for what was a text book piece of simulation initially.
i should think so,he didnt do anything wrong the linesman should be bought to book over this it probably cost us the game!!!
The implications of this are quite simple: The linesman didn't see the incident and guessed.
Good news I'm glad someone has seen some sense.....the only thing is that ive not seen mentioned is that all of this was Pearsons fault! If Beckford hadnt been chasing and closing the player down, as he used to not do, none of this would have happened
If that is the case Dung, it seems bizarre, because the decision was given for an apparent kick to the head after the ball was cleared rather than Beckford's attempted block.
With no reaction from the player or fans, it seems a strange thing for the linesman to guess at rather than just allow play to continue.
Guess it doesn't really matter anymore, although it's annoying that we probably wouldn't have been in the situation where Danns got sent off if it wasn't for the busybody running the line.

If the denied the appeal - We could have grumbled how much the authorities hates us and bemoan "why always me" but we would sort of understood that he had to go off against Brighton and would have been banned for x amount of games because they believed he committed the foul.
But now they've rescinded the card - We're wronged because they accept he shouldn't have been sent off and we lost the game because of the bad decision

I don't think there would have been a single Leicester fan who would have understood if the appeal had been unsuccessful.

I'm surprised that the Brighton player has escaped any more abuse too, from the video posted yesterday, the Brighton player was a disgrace - fell like he'd been shot, checked to see the ref was looking and then rolled again!

dunge, if he didn't see it, he shouldn't be running the line, it happened right in front of him, a few feet away.
Who can say that Albion wouldn't have nicked in the end anyway, but we'd have had more chance of at least a point with 11 on the pitch that's for sure.
Incidentally, Lewis Dunk is, statistically, officially the dirtiest player in the Championship – though he did seem to try and get the ref to alter his decision – guilty conscience maybe?
