Oooh i like games!
Is it Kamran?
Inevitably it will always be kamran
Oh, you got it. I'll have to think of a harder one next time.
dumbest article ever on here and your giving it large to me
He made a one time mistake. You don't think you're making a big deal over this? Seriously, calm the f@&k down.
"dumbest article ever on here and your giving it large to me"
Lol @ you
A bit harsh don't you think?
i was only trying to lighten the mood with a few smileys..

Chicken, all I've seen is you insulting others when I've read articles or WUMing badly. I'd reconsider your purpose, to be frank.
====================
So, the OP posts a false article about someone being in a coma & instead of condemning it, you have a cheap dig at me.
Priceless fella, priceless.
You might not share the same opinions as me on other threads but at least i've got morals, sunshine.
What's with all the hate?
Why would a Toon fan make a false article about Ginola? And a nice one like Andy.. sorry Chicken but you've got this one all wrong.
Bãle's,
Why would a Toon fan make a false article about Ginola
==============
I have no idea, ask him.
The original article told us Ginola was in a coma. That was/is 100% false & there is no links anywhere to suggest that was ever reported.
So i'm sorry Bãle's, but you are butting your nose in when (a) it's not wanted & (b) you have got completely the wrong end of thie stick.
Chicken, i've got no interest in debating pointless details - you can't prove that something doesn't exist.
What I do know is that Andy is a genuine bloke and a true Newcastle fan. Can you ever recall him being a WUM before? I can't. I'm sure he made a mistake, let's leave it at that.
Bãle's,
What I do know is that Andy is a genuine bloke
=======================
How do you know he is a genuine bloke?
ForumFriends
And i dont know how you can make a mistake between reporting that someone has broke a couple of bones, to laying in a coma.
Its hardly a typo is it? And i would have thought, before you write about something as serious as that, you at least have some research available, even if its from bleeding Wikipedia.
Pipe down.
What's your problem?
Andy is one of the most respected members on this forum, he clearly made a mistake - he would have no reason to make it up.
Even if he did your reaction is so over the top it's ridiculous. I'm surprised - you're generally a very reasonable poster
Bãle's,
Firstly, my problem was that an article was put up on the boards reporting someone being in a coma, when it is 100% false.
Secondly, i had BlueBlood having a cheap dig at me, instead of condemning the article. Nice morals BlueBlood .
And now i've got you piping up, sticking up for the fact a sick article was put up in the first place, on the basis that you think a poster on a worldwide debating forum, who you have never met, is a "genuine bloke". I've never heard so much playground toot in all my life.
I've got nothing against the OP (as a poster) but mocking me for claiming the original article (saying DG was in a coma) was sick, is quite simply immoral, and sick in itself. Because it was sick. I've never said the OP was sick - just the article.
Do you stick up for internet trolls too?
Firstly, my problem was that an article was put up on the boards reporting someone being in a coma, when it is 100% false.

There's a big difference between someone deliberately making up lies and passing on information that turns out to be incorrect. We can only judge people on forums by what they post - Andy is consistently genuine and knowledgable in his posts - so yes I would say that he is a genuine bloke.
Enough of the personal attacks already, forum friends?
have to say i agree with Chicken on this
I was first to see this article and spent half an hr of my time checking all news stations, internet etc
Guy should of got his facts right before posting, but we all make mistakes and although he said sorry he could of been a bit more contrite about it
now all and make up
wearethefamousthfc
Exactly. The poster said sorry, so thats enough for me. But when you write an article as sensitive as the original one, you would expect some kind of investigation or clarity into the situation before you considered posting. As i say, even a Wiki link would have been better than nothing.
Also, i dont like the fact that BlueBlood (aka BrownNose) thought it necessary to have a dig at me on this article, when my points were 100% valid.
I'm also unsure why your (Bãle's) alliance is so strong, where you felt the need to get involved - especially where i was morally right. Good poster or not, i thought that was a bit playground &/or big brother/little brother mentality.
"The original article told us Ginola was in a coma. That was/is 100% false & there is no links anywhere to suggest that was ever reported."

"David Ginola, the former Premiership footballer turned actor and model, has been rushed to hospital after crashing into another skier at the resort of Portes du Mont-Blanc in France. Ginola is suffering from "multiple bruises and throat injuries", though Twitter speculation that he is in a coma remains unconfirmed, reports the UK's Daily Mirror."

I will not be told what I can or can't comment on, that's your problem - not mine. If you don't want people to reply to your comments stop commenting!
I don't know why it's so hard to understand he made a genuine mistake.
Bãle's
Who said you wasn’t allowed to comment?
I just said you seem to have a big brother / little brother mentality. That mentality is fine when you are sticking up for a friend or a family member in the real world, but to needlessly butt in on an article that was clearly morally wrong (as an apology has been made for it), for someone you have no relation with, other than some kind of cyber-loving, is pretty damn weird.
You can be anyone’s cyber-guardian angel, I don’t care. But I still stick by my comments throughout this article that posting something on-line that others will read, with sick content that is 100% false, is wrong.
You can troll or post as many sick, or made up, jokes as you like – just don’t ask me to read them without passing on my moralistic thoughts on the matter.
Regardless of whether the OP's brain was in gear or not, the original draft was wrong - and we shouldnt be encouraging such articles on these boards.
