He's gone in my mind.
He's English.
Has alsways said he'd find it hard to turn down.
Why would he say no?
He's 64..I think?
Part-time job that will pay more, it's a no brainer.
gutted
All points accepting, but the simple fact is the England Job should be the pinnacle of any English managers career.
Harry Redknapp will never get another chance to manage England. Sure, he's done an excellent job and tottenham, but surely you would begrudge him of his dream job?

I wouldn't blame Redknapp for going at all
Serial........................................Nice to see you care so much about Harry! Nothing to do with the thought that if he leaves, Spurs might drop away?
If he leaves I will wish him well......................................however even he has said he loves the day to day contact with players, which is far removed from the England job.
If he was younger then he'd be more likely to stay on at spurs for a few years, like people have said it could be his last chance so I think he might

At least we'll have more Spurs players in the England team. Remember the England of old people? Gazza, Linekar, Hoddle?
Squid...I'm pretty sure he's going, 99% sure
We'll end up with another Ramos debacle
Wuminiser
I wouldn't begrudge him the job but I really dislike international football .....TBH I'm very much a club before country man
I'm not trying to say that he wont go just putting the other side o the coin
I don't see any reason why he cant do both jobs,England play Spurs don't. ( Simples )
Harry has always stated that he would love the chance to manage England, if he says no now he may never get another chance, so I am a betting man and would bet Harry is the next England manager
squid. dont even try and kid yourself mate.
if hes offered it hes off.
probably not now but after the season has ended.
If he goes I want either Jose,Or Klinsmann.
HR will still be our manager until at least the end of the season....

Stop being cynical greaves. I'm commenting as an England fan and not an Arsenal fan.
The reason we're 6th is not because of Harry Redknapp but because of Arsene Wenger.
if hes offered it hes off.

If?
The whole country is calling for him, it will happen and he'll say yes. Will be shocked if Harry aint manager of England come May
I don't see any reason why he cant do both jobs,England play Spurs don't. ( Simples

as soon as either side gets a poor result the argument will straight away be that hes taking on too much and calls for him to resign one or the other. pointless even trying
i think the only things that will see him stay...is the day to day interaction and the obvious regard he holds, both darth and the club in......
but as an old scholl gaffer,he wld have always seen the national job as the ultimate accolade....
Sandro, he's 64
You really think he wants the pressure of managing 2 teams, it would be far from 'simples'
Serial.....................................................Cynical???, just an observation on my part. It does seem that an awful lot of other teams fans want Redknapp to leave Spurs for the England job.......yet when I look at some of their previous comments that they couldn't care less about the national side, it does make you wonder!
Once again I'll state the Modric argument , Danny has a big part to play in this
Whilst I'll agree that Harry has said how much he wanted to manage England but how has the trial affected him ???? Did we have the team and the quality then that we do now
I'm not saying he wont go just saying it's not as clear cut as a lot of you think

I think the best option is to assume he's gone, if he stays it's a bonus.
Looks like our summer might not be about signing that NEW TOP STRIKER but instead looking for a new manager and trying to keep players at the club
