Sick of this perception of Roman as ruthlessly trigger happy

Of the managers Roman has dumped, Scolari was clueless, Ranieri was out of his depth, Ancelotti had been exposed as really lacking tactically. Hiddink was a caretaker, as was Grant

Roman genuinely wants what's best for this club. He wants the CL, which of the managers we've dumped would have won it?

And before you start criticising the man, do a bit of research into his work in Chutoka or whichever region he;s Governor of. Hes done an awful lot of good work there

IMO the problems at Chelsea aren't so much with Roman as opposed to his advisers and the backroom staff. Appointments such as Arnesen, Gourlay, Emenalo and Grant have done more harm to the club than managers like Ferguson or Wenger could hope to achieve

Calm down your stressing yourself into an early grave - how can you question a man who does everything a football fan could possibly want for his club and the envy of almost every club in the league! (withstanding Man City)

Why worry about how he got his money - good luck to him if he was in the right place at the right time - I wish I'd been I a position to take advantage of the deals that have bought him his rich's.

Roman is a fan like any of us not some ruthless mafia mob boss. But as grant said, he gives you a task and invests as much as you say you need to succeed, but if you fail his business brain takes over and he performs your appraisal. If your results aren't impressive, you'll go no matter how 'nice' you are.

Roman is not an idiot. Say what you like about the man but he is nobody's fool. If he was he would have gone bankrupt long ago

I think Roman has made some mistakes, and I am unhappy about some of them, and also the way the club sometimes conducts its business.

But I think the OP has got a bit carried away here.

Whatever decision RA makes, it has always been to try and make the club more successful on the pitch, and I see no reason or any indication as to why that will change.

I would just like him to a bit more patient and a little less obsessive about winning the CL.

Honest opinion is that I don't like everything that he does, but the good FAR outweighs the bad.

As for what jealous fans other clubs think I could not give a fig. They all pretend that they would have Abramovic at their club whatever, but we all know that they're just being hypocritical and if the boot was on the other foot they would love to have somebody like him. Talk of "Russian Mafia" etc. is all exactly what it sounds like - sour grapes, because they are having to live in a different world to the likes of Man City and ourselves.
