hmmmm Cotts and Chambers the only solution for those 2 is a double sucide pact.

I'd prefer Lynch to Chambers in general although being a right footed/left footed duo at the back would be useful so maybe Chambers will get in. I wouldn't mind him being dropped though.

I'm not fussed about Miller but then you can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear. 4-5-1 at home isn't great but we need the midfielders to close down the opposition and reckon we've got goals in that team somewhere. I'm taking a punt on Wootton because we need a player to hassle the opposition and Moussi has been awful this season.

Thinking about that it's a bit of a Megson team full of defenders so will stick Reid in instead of Cunningham!

start lynch and higginbotham and chambers should wait for his chance. he has been poor all season and let everyone down badly with the red card against southampton.

he should also be stripped of the captaincy on a long term basis.

Scrub that last comment from me, I was forgetting the bin robbers replay.

First, Both the teams above have McGoo in; his form all season has been poor, his attitude has been poor, and after his strop when brought of against Burnley he needs to mend a few bridges (is that the right metaphor)

Second, at the heart of the defence I think he will pick one right and one left footer.

Third I don't think he will pick all the new boys; three debutants could be a bit risky.

At home I'm hoping for this 4-3-3

I can’t pick a team this week, there are too many options. Wooton has said that he wants to play in defence though. Drop champers, and make camp captain. I feel that Mcgoogs and Reid should play as that’s where our goals are going to come from, with raddi ready to step in if we need a change. Miller striker as he is the only person I can see getting us enough goals to get of this mess. I know he hasn’t looked that great but I get the feeling that if he gets going, his confidence will raise and he'll be a different player. Ok I’ll try to pick a team.....diamond midfield
