I wouldn't say the left back position is quite sorted, especially as he may be off to the African cup of Nations whenever that is.
I really hop we get Ben Mee - he's a very promising centre back and more than capable back up for left back.
The African Cup of Nations never helps but should we have him and Ben Mee then thats good.
Mee improved as the season wore on and he impressed me despite his bad start.
Ben Mee quickly proved to be excellent, not least in not letting his nightmare debut prey on his mind. An eloquent contrast to Bamba, who began fabulously but by the season's end had left doubts in my mind.
We should certainly grab Mee if we can. I have read nothing recently about how likely we are to be able to do so - has anyone heard anything...?
Mee really impressed me and showed a tremendous amount of character to recover from his disastrous debut as quickly as he did. He certainly has all the mental attributes to be a top quality defender.
As for Masilela, I think he'd be a cracking signing.
If any of us Leicestewr fans that went down to Loftus Road earleir this year, will never forget Ben Mee's tackle on Taraabt!
