You'll never play Moutinho now anyway, play Essien + Ramires in CM, Ramires adding dynamism going forwards to allow the creative boys to their stuff.

In all seriousness, I couldn't do that as I bought Marchiso in for the Italian CM partnership when playing 4-3-3. If you wanted to find a creative CM, I'd be happy to delay the 2nd part of Menez/Moutinho til you found one

As I say, can't really let Montolivo go as would kind of defeat point of why I just let Soldado go (although I got the ever improving Bonucci too).

As much as I think Cissokho is a decent player, and better defensively than Periera there's only a small difference between them (not sure how many better 1st choice LB's there are in the league - 6?, so it's not a massive problem). If you change your mind on Menez/Moutinho though, let me know.
