Mate, what's the deal with Squad limits?
Are they being heavily enforced; as there are a number of teams that haven't been abiding to them for an extended period of time. It's a good rule, but in my mind it's incredibly frustrating.
I don't want to come across as if I'm whining & moaning, and wont kick up a fuss if you are comfortable with it, but there has been a 4 week break in which teams could have addressed it but haven't
What are you doing with Doumbia then? I'll happily take him off your hands

Rossi would be a good back-up for you until the end of the season when he has to go back on loan and then there is pre-season to sign who you want.
Doumbia + Kroos
=
Rossi + Ribas + 5M
Arsenal - possibly 19 Foreigns (inc Kerzakhov) - in any case it's unclear whose on loan etc.
Birmingham - 32 players, possibly 19 Foreigns too.
Newcastle - 5HG's, possibly 19 Foreigns?
Norwich - Tonnes of Foreigns, possibly 5 HG's?
QPR - Pretty sure over Foreigns and Squad Size
Swansea -Over squad size, so possibly Foreigns?
Tottenham - 35 players, so probably over Foreigns.
Wigan - Over/Under on everything
Wolves - over squad size, so possibly Foreigns.
Im doing this on my phone so my calculations may not be exact. However, I'm sure I'm right on the majority of these teams being over in something - or in any case it needs to be drastically clarified.

No problem, as I say I don't want to kick up a fuss it's just difficult to see it happen particularly with managers who have been here long term when you consider that I had to sell a load of players for cash due to it at the beginning of season, and have got a good-very good squad in spite of being rule abiding.
