You can't sack all the players, its easier to replace the manager, players are seen as tools and the manager if he is good is expected to use the avaiable tools to achieve results. Moyes used his tools well on Saturday, Avb didn't, he didn't use the right tools or couldn't use the tools available to him, he has bben doing that for a while now, we don't know why he continues using tool bos and Tor even though they've not been working well.

And Roman can just fling him out of the toolbox, which wouldn't be a bad idea in the short term but bad in the long term.

I'd rather lose 10-0 with reserve's sweating blood and tears then lose in the disgraceful manner we did at Goodison Park, all the players apart from the subs, Mata and Essien deserved a slap after that, even DL4 was off par and he usually puts the most effort in.

This. I can't stand not getting value for money. If we're gonna finish somewhere between 4th and 7th, then let's at least dump some of the big contracts of the guys who are doing nothing.

Anelka and Alex were disgruntled and asked to leave or be used more often in games, he could have handled the situation better, I've never heard elsewhere that senior players or even junior players are barnished because they want to leave, or have you heard? maybe the players are trying to teach him a lesson and i don't blame them. Personally I wouldn't give 40% to save Avb's neck until he renders an apology to the players for his treament of our ex-colleagues. Even denying them booze at the christmas party, that is absurd.

That is why I blame him. Saf didn't barnish Rooney when he asked to leave, or did Wenger barnish Cesc, where did Avb pick up this bad habit, refusing to allow Anelka have one last beer with his colleagues is unpardonable, imo. I would miss an open net just to get him sacked.
