It is quite true that Spurs may well have to replace a number of their players due to age/injury....however I would suggest that Arsenal may well have to replace a number of their players cos they just aren't good enough...As for Modric, he will be signing a new contract and Bale is not going anywhere for the foreseeable future...and thats not conjecture or opinion.
