Ally

Forgive me but I have heard this alot today were bears are saying you will come out of this stronger !!!!

Maybe in about 6-7 years time if you can keep your books in order, I think everyone connected at Rangers know this is going to be a long road to recovery

I hate keep saying this but you will be like us in the 90s

'Jinky'...you could be right there. It will certainly take the 'Gers a while to recover from this nightmare, but at least the support is there for that. And I don't mean only from their own fans and supporters groups. Neutrals who will feel the downside of Rangers predicament and others who understand the need for a competitve Old Firm, seem more than willing to help out in the Ibrox club's hour of need. Already there is a strong movement to ensure that this never, ever happens again and the 'Gers emerge stronger than ever before.

When Celtic were more or less in the same boat 25 years ago, their fans rallied round the club and it was this 'coming together' that, as much as anything, convinced Fergus McCann to step up and save it from going under.

The final judgement in the tax case will no doubt play a big part in just how long the re-birth of Rangers will take. A favourable result will definitely see a lot of interest in the club but anything else could be well mean a dark decade ahead for everyone but the anti-Rangers groups. ...or .........or... ...time will tell.

Dos,

As much as I was at the wind up...that rule applies in England, not Scotland.

Those teams won't get their money
