"The past 100 seasons have showed that, why should this season be any different?"

- because we are playing carp and they are playing well - and they are TEN points ahead of us, it is totally unrealistic for us to catch the $puds now.

Watch Koscielny closely and you'll know what I mean.

He is the most underrated CB in the league.

Maybe, but he could be the most overrated by your lot. Let's be honest, I could stand next to Djourou and look world class!

Tbh this season is a HUGEEE one off for Tottenham.

Enjoy it while it lasts because Arsenal won't stay down for long

Pundits are slowly coming to their senses and realising Koscielny is class.

Spurminator

But we're not talking about Djourou. Djourou is shitee.

Koscielny IS worldclass. No doubt about it. Only 25 and hasn't reached his peak yet.

As people have said...hope we tie him down to a new LTM contract before Barca and Real start looking

We've been in the top 5 for the last 3 seasons Darko and improving every season so it's hardly a one-off.

Much depends on what happens in the summer for both teams though

Tottenham don't have the finances to take the next step, that's the top and bottom of it

Modric & VDV headed out...Harry going for England..

I give Spurs two seasons of top four football before they start petering out and returning to top ten normality

We've done well enough so far 8bit, we'll never compete with City in terms of finances but neither will you. The reality is anyone below them has to punch above their weight, at the moment we're doing that better than most.

Can't see it until you get a new stadium.

We've already achieved a lot without a new stadium, and the CL revenue will make a big difference. It won't mean we'll be challenging Barca any time soon, but then again nobody is

Right, I'm off to watch Chisora get slapped about by an ageing Ukranian...have a good one folks

Yo Darko, give us a shoutout if you're not busy? I got 30 new followers the last time you did!

You must be sick to death of me asking you for shoutouts

One thing Iearned about Twitter is that 99.9% of news sites use it as a main source.

Last summer I got a false Gary Cahill to Arsenal rumour trending - '14m plus add ons' agreed and personal terms to be thrashed out. Medical for tomorrow.

Within minutes I had obtained a 'top tweet' spot. I got Cahill trending and Goal.com ran a story half an hour later with the '14m plus add ons' info included and he title I that article? Cahill scheduled for Arsenal medical 'according to sources'

I felt so powerful
