I agree. It was an awful game today between two absolutely awful teams. Coventry were one if the worst teams ive ever seen at the City Ground and we weren't much better.
Still true fans pretend everything's ok when it's not. So we played brilliantly and we're staying up
Sutton, even as a derby fan, will be a little gutted if you go down, the best games are against you lot, and I think if you go down, you will stay down for a long time
Me too.
The worst thing is there's no need for us to go down. More than enough ability in the squad to stay up. Its so obvious the managers not up to it. I'm desperately hoping we sack him, It's our only hope.
We beat the side with the worst away in the league and drew at home with Watford and some seem to think we've turned some sort of corner.
If I met Cotterill I'd beg him to quit. This hurts and there's no need for it.
Ilkeston, does your defeat today mean you're going down? I don't want you to go down but if you do I think it'll be for a long time. I really hope it doesn't happen.

i don't think anhyone whp went to the game would say that "everything is ok." thats rubbish. we were pretty dire. the only difference between the two sides yesterday was because we didn't make any huge mistakes such as letting a player run almost the length of the pitch without being challenged and having nobody within 20 yards of a player in your own box. two bits of quality from reid and mccleary made the most of those mistakes. that was the difference between the sides. it would suggest that we are slightly better than them however cov are actually quite good at home and shocking away. if we couldn't win yesterday, that would have shown how bad we really are.
3 points can be taken away in one weekend's fixtures and there's 15 to go, so there's still a long way to go.
I don't expect anything from the next two games (a point at Oakwell would be a bonus) but then we have to win the two after that (Donny and Milwall). If we do we should still be in with a chance. And a bit more confident going to Lego Village
Now that we are safe from relegation, I think we should aim to catch Southampton. They are only 31 points ahead, and we still have 48 points to play for. Should be simple enough, now that we have won a game.
Yes, I am being silly.
It's 45 points.
But reading the comments on here, and on Facebook banter groups, its like you all think everything is ok, and you will stay up, after beating a team as bad as you!!

Same on most Forest sites, odd one or two trying to look for positives but no one claiming we are safe and everything is ok.

We have five home games remaining, while 9 on our travels. I wouldn't bet money on the club staying up even with Pompy and the Robins in the mix.
