the fact is, I do lose my best player (joint with Ozil) in this deal and although it may give me more balance i still think I lose out. All the players you've offered (with the exception of Eto'o) are on your bench, which obviously means that if I accepted this deal, I settle for a 2nd rate team, which is exactly what I don't want to do.

Wouldn't be depth, Cazorla would start for you ahead of Suarez who is by no means a winger. And you get to keep the swine Suarez.

Suarez played as a left forward for Ajax and scored 81 goals in something like 105 appearances...
no matter what you think of him as a person, he can play on the wing and is a fantastic player. Would certainly start ahead of cazorla.

Alves + Robben/Bale + Howedes + Bonucci = Rafinha + Menez + Subotic + Boateng

Working on the principle Menez > Robben/Bale at RW as both are only LW's and that Subotic + Boateng considerably improve your first team + back up CB options.
