Edin I listen to the good Dr religiously. He speaks my mind on things like 3D movies and Michael Bay

But then he likes Twilight, so swings and roundabouts really....

Squid, The Sting is one of my favourite ever movies.

squid,

Wayne's best film by a clear distance in my opinion was The Searchers, still the best Western ever made in my opinion.

I find the same thing Phil.

Love his view on 3D and stuff.

However dont understand why hates Inglorious and stuff.

His rant on S´x in the city 2 is probably the funniest thing ever.

Galvin, that scene still chokes me up. I thought it was Artex though as well???

Edin, to be honest I haven't heard his views on either Inglorious (which I loved) or the 'in the city' movie! Might have to try and track them down on youtube or something.

(I admit, having said I listen to him 'religously', the above paragraph rather undoes that claim!)

Favourite comedy films are:

Monty Python’s Life of Brian
Wayne’s World 2
Spinal Tap

Not knocking the Searchers but the Shootist was very emotional ......Just knowing that Wayne was failing fast in true life and the movie with the same illness

Don't know if either of these have been said, but Apocalypse Now and Dr Strangelove/How I learnt to stop worrying and love the film are both incredible films

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't recall seeing any Coen films mentioned, which in nearly 200 comments is very surprising.

Fargo, Blood Simple, No Country For Old Men, Raising Arizona, Millers Crossing... The list goes on, anything from Westerns to bizarre comedies and Gangster films they've done it all and done it well.

How I learnt to stop worrying and love the bomb*
