A Red comes in peace. Having switched on the TV and listened to the world footballing experts, that's right, Jamie R and Souness - Gianfranco talks sense - Spouting doom and gloom, while Chelsea didn't play great, they played well, at times. Napoli weren't exactly world beaters, which made your side look better than they were. On a positive note, that's the best I've seen of the partnership of Sturridge and Mata. Ramieres and Liuz also played well. That having been said, they are the four, and only four, players I'd keep for next season. Time for a massive cull at the Bridge. Hope it doesn't get too bloody. I fancy your chances in three weeks. jimmyTheRed
Stop being so damned pessimistic; Chelsea can win 2-0 at the Bridge. It's only half-time.
Jimmy I disagree with ramires playing well i thought he was actually rubbish and luiz made the mistake leading to the 3rd goal.
Napoli will rip that Chelsea to defence on the break in the second leg.
True chelsea only need to win 2-0 or more to win the round, but two goals are two goals and they don`t come easy...meantime if Naples score it, it is game over (practically).

That's very true.
BUT - if Napoli get ONE, then you have to score three just to force ET.
Good luck though lads, I mean it
cant imagine if Benitez was in charge that chelsea would of been beaten so easily.
Exactly the sort of game he is perfect for. Would probably have got a draw or even nicked it 1-0 with him in charge
Not even on the wum, but I can't see how you're going to beat them and not concede - they thrive on the counter.
I fear for England in the Euros if we're left with Cahill at the back.
Cahill for me has been a surprising disappointment, but give the lad time. What is of more importance for me however, is giving your manager more time, he deserves it. JimmyTheRed
