I don't think Rangers are worrying to much about european football next seaon. I think they would be happy just to still be in business

Im delighted for Well gettting a wee run in Europe, in the CL no less. Will do wonders for Scottish footy if they could even get a couple of wins.
Obviously they need to finish second but it looks more and more likely MOAN THE WELL!
The prize money for finishing 2nd is around twice as much as you get for finishing 3rd.
Finishing 2nd will make a world of difference to a club like Motherwell.
Finishing 3rd may well be the straw that breaks the camels back for Rangers.

Yes wouldnt it be great for Motherwell to get in the Champs League.
The tankings they'll get will probably relieve us of our solitary CL spot, but gaun yirsel,'Well......
DC76 - what's the difference between Motherwell taking tankings and Rangers taking tankings?
Golac - rangers have the best co-eff of all scots teams
I agree with lex, we won't be out of admin before march 31st so Motherwell will be in champs league qualifiers regardless
I can't stand Motherwell after the way that mob celebrated when they beat us to give them the title so i would find it hard to cheer them on, i would go as far as saying i hope Rangers get second place
IE - I was talking about next season (if Rangers were in Europe) but you're right about the co-efficient so fair enough.
Although I would suspect those points came from results in the UEFA Cup/Europa League rather than the Champions League?

Mon and Gordon Strachan collected most co-efficient points.
Rangers were an embarrassment
If Motherwell finish 2nd this year presumably, that will mean no further obligation on M'well to let Rangers win all future SPL matches by at least 3 goals.
!2 more points for M'well will keep Celtic going to the end of the season.
I wouldn't even be so sure that Rangers will hold on to 3rd spot. Teams will start to catch them up now as administration bites and players are released
Motherwell or whats left of Rangers next season, both teams would get horsed no matter who they got in europe.
Tcd - check uefa website
It's done over the last 5 years, during which Celtic have done fleck all in Europe
Golac - yeah, uefa cup final will have got us loads, although during that season we got a few wins in champ league as well at home to Stuttgart and away to Lyon

+++++++
We we got to the CL last 16 twice, in that time period

impartiality - you have heard of the term "Defamation" yes?
you do know that written items on a public form count as much as if you spoke them yourself?
@Admin - you also know of this.....
I'll leave it up to you as to what to do next

Have I defamed you or yours, If so I extend my apologies,
However I don't think I have defamed you. Maybe you could explain to me where and when and how.
Defamation does not have to be against me - you are stating as fact something which has yet to be proven, and that is defamation.
