Yes indeed, he is a great manager. Whenever I watch Arsenal, I find myself wanting the players to win for him more than the fans. After all, he is often the only one who sticks by them when they most need support.

also if arsene feels completely at fault regarding this season then he should think about stepping down because it hasn't been a one off.

If he feels he's at fault for the past few seasons, then surely he must understand that he hasn't got the ability to change and improve the team now. And no its not about money, but tactically he seems to be at fault continuously.
