Incoming rant: why do we have to have new England shirts?
Yes, I know that some idiots buy them on an annual basis, thus generating income for the poor impoverished FA, but as England won the World Cup in 1966, that shirt would be iconic, even now.
Rant over,
Chunders
I prefer retro shirts, no advertisement and you can wear them for years
I really don't like the collar but it may grow on me. I have most of the home shirts since 1990 but I think my favourite is the 1990 one but not sure exactly why.
I presume the players will be wearing this new shirt in the friendly v Holland next week.
The team GB shirt was well designed and patriotic. This is just a blank t-shirt you find in a lost kit room with some symbols sewn on by chinese factory workers.
I'm not sure about the GB shirt. It looks a bit tacky and old fashioned but that is just my opinion. There are plenty of shirts I don't like at first but end up buying later.
I defo won't be getting a Team GB shirt. Like most people, I don't care about the GB footy team or how they do and have absolutely no interest in us competing at footy in the Olympics. For me, it is just totally overshadowed by a much more important competition, Euro 2012.
