from a spurs fan, i think that is brilliant and refreshing in the modern day game where you cant get within 100 yards of a footballer these days that your manager takes time out of his schedule to write back to a fan, and an angry fan at that!
Mr wenger, i salute you.
Great letter and from the place it really matters. The gaffers mouth.
Most people know it, still its not easy not being disgruntled or impatient. However a move like this from the manager really helps ease nerves and builds the confidence back in the fans.
Good on him. Now get on and buy the players!

Common sense letter from Arsene there that highlights the issues the fans are worried about......well done Prof! Here's hoping he finds those players who have the attributes that we're lacking.
I've not read it for obvious reasons but I always like it when manager's do this. I'll try and see if I can get it from a less pooey website later today unless someone can copy and paste it.
Can I ask whether Wenger saw the problems you're facing?

i tried that and to save the image to upload elsewhere to link to, but the sun have blocked both methods, so linking to the story was the only way.
You can read the letter on the Daily Fail website as well, possibly a step up from The Sun, or possibly not!
Things like this letter from the prof, despite being a small jesture in the big scheme of things, goes a long way in my view to countering some of the media driven criticisms of Wenger
