Its not on my android market
Will check on my tablet later...
Might be only on gingerbread for now. Works well on my samsung galaxy s2
If any of you don't have sky sports, but have a friends or family that do, you can use their account to log into your sky go on your mobile. I do it with my dad's sky account and can watch his sky sports at my house on my iPhone. Remember to use wifi though or you'll be in for a big bill. Each sky account can be installed on two mobile devices on sky go.
Why no Ice Cream Sandwich love Murdoch?
Its not on my tablet either
I actually make use of Sky Go online using my parents details. My phone and tablet both need Silverlight to run it though
Back to watching the match on my 23" compter screen...
Is the United match on Sky today??
No it will have to be a stream for the united match today. Sopcast and wigwizi today for me
My browser doesnt let me use Sopcast, what are my options?
If it is not working, it might also be because your device is rooted. Apparently Sky has disabled it for rooted devices
Rooted as in hacked?
Neither of my devices are...
Diggler Sopcast doesn't automatically work through browser. You have to install Sopcast first. Have you done that?
No, what is it though because Im funny about installing stuff on my computer.
Will it be a one-off installation allowing me to watch all future sopcast matches?
Yes it will mate. I have used it for years and have never had a problem. It improves the stream massively. Let me log in on laptop and I'll sort you some links out. Sopcast really is the best option mate
Ok, I have just installed Sopcast onto my computer. Should I bother setting up an account?
No you dont need any account.
It wouldnt let me signup anyway.
How do I use this? Do I just have to copy the stream address into the box?
Click the link below:
http://www.wiziwig.tv/broadcast.php?matchid=128237&part=sports
Then click on the football icon at the top. Scroll down to united game and click were it says live next to it.
You will then have a list of streams. Just click on one that says sopcast and it will open up. Might take a few mins to stream. Usually there will be streams that say (EN) after the channel name - they will have English commentary. Doesnt look like there are any today. So just choose the one that has the highest kbs as it will be a clearer picture.
You dont have to have sopcast when you click on the stream. It will aotumatically open up once click the link.
So I did that and it worked through the Sopcast main application but Im watching Ajax?
Im using the Navip stream right at the top of the list. It is excellent quality, although commentary is Russian. It is currently showing an Ajax match, but it is just about over. Will swap to United shortly I should expect.
Sweet, yeah its pretty clear. Cheers for your help mate!
