Yeah! I work with Hants FA from time to time - I'm secretary of the Andover and District league

Oh right, I never knew! Last team I played in Andover was some Royals team, and they all played in Reading kits? I'm fairly sure they were bottom of the bottom league or something poor like that.

Pep Guardiola told me that Barcelona are going to release Lionel Messi from his contract at the end of the season. He said that Liverpool had made an inquiry because we need backup for Stewart Downing, and it was such an opportunity for Messi, that nobody at Barca are going to stand in his way.

sneijder is obviously a great player but he is very awkward to fit into a formation. he has to play in a 3 man central midfield. thats why i cant see him fitting into man utd coz they play 4-4-2. he can't play in a two man midfield

Just watching the Dutch train at Wembley via the FA.com. Sneijder is mustard.

Oh dear. So wrong.

Sneijder would never fit into our team (but for different reasons than you believe). He plays in the same role that Suarez plays for us. He is a second striker/CF/AM. He is wasted when placed in CM.

The reason United never signed him and never would have signed him was because he plays the same role Rooney does. Maybe the rumour started when Rooney was looking else where and United wanted a replacement.

So no, I wouldn't want us to spend £25-£40M on Sneijder when we have Suarez. I'd rather have that spent on Jermaine Defoe or some other amazing English player...

And to this...
> Eden Hazard
> I genuinely think we should be looking past these players and going for players that would improve the team now rather than for the future.

What are you on about? Hazard would instantly become one of our best and valuable players if he were to join. He's not just hype like some other players. (Neymar etc)

Sneijder and infact the whole Inter team have taken to the dark realms of the pipe.

They did it as a celebration after the Champions League win, but we all know how deadly that fatal first puff can be.
Its the reason for their horrendous form ever since and once Rafa caught whiff of the pipe smoke in the air, he dropped that club with the quickness.

Rather we went for Kaka

You know who I'd love to sign more than anybody (realistically this time), that's Xabi Alonso.

We put City out of the cup we eventually won, so now that we're winning trophies again and the most successful club in the country this season, we should be looking at a few of their players. There are only a couple that would improve us, possibly Yaya and Aguero. And yes Fabregas would be a good addition, he'll want to come to us to win trophies.

I'm loving this Best Club in England this season tag.

Has a ring to it

I reckon a cheeky bid for Pogba at United would be an option. He'll surely want to move to a club who are winning trophies and looks a very good prospect indeed. He wants to leave them, not sure of why but not winning trophies could certainly be a reason.
