theres more chance of me managing wolves than megson.they would burn the ground down before having a former wba manager at wolves.
I heard whispers of this last week and guessed old Ginger Nut would rock up at Wolves. I don't think that the Wolves board would dare changing things again now though.
In answer to your question. No thanks. Big Ed has presided over us during our most successful spell since the 50's. I think he should get a stand named after him too!
Would you want Manderic at Bolton? No
He's appointed Megson twice now.. I'm not prepared to risk it.
I wouldn't trust the likes of Manderic to tell me the time, never mind run BWFC. The mere thought makes my blood run icy cold He, and folk of his ilk, shouldn't even be allowed into football grounds as payin' spectators, let alone to actually RUN a football club in this country
I don't want to sound like I am being pedantic, deepspace, but I'm not comfortable with the phrase 'former Boltonian' to describe Megson. He was the manager of the football club, but he will never be a Boltonian, in the same way that Ruud Gullit will never be a Geordie.
Furthermore this man has set himself up as an enemy of the people of Bolton.
With regards to your question, I feel sorry for anyone who supports a club with an erratic chairman. Our chairman is a bit of a self-serving plonker, but he is consistent and seems to be Bolton Wanderers through and through.
I bet Mandaric is pretty frustrated that he wants to be popular and well known, but still people can't spell gits name correctly.
or........the (works perfectly well TRR)
I first read this as would you want Mandrake, as in the ninja type purple costumed cartoon character, at Bolton and I was going to say Yes he'd certainly take no rubbish.
Then I read it again and realised it was the villainous chairman of Sheffield Wednesday so no, no I wouldn't.
