Just the norm for B9, Robber.
Don't feel that you can join in though. It's gallows humour. Maybe in a few weeks eh?

21.12.2012 has come early down St.Andrews...
According to HK police,he has been charged with 5 counts of dealing with property known to represent proceeds of an indictable offence.Whatever that means. He's in court on Thursday.
Doesnt sound good then...
I dont know wether to or
This is an implosion of galactical proportion!!
Releggated, manager walks out, players want to walk out and our owner gets nicked !!!!
Flippin blues for ya!!!!
Wtf ??????????????????????????????????
Ive changed my 3 to a 0 from my earlier posting !!!
Hang in there Taity... there is a mega rich Trillionairre out there, who will find this situation so surreal, he wont be able to resist buying us...
After Our Dear Leader goes up in front of the beak tomorrow, Pannu will release a statement urging all 'noses to buy a ticket for the Euromillions on Friday and then call it a business plan.

Didn't Pollyanna Chu help with his finance?Would the club become hers if he can't repay the loan?Mind you,i think she's been involved in some dodginess. At least she's got her own dosh though.
Just a thought, do you think McJudas and the club got wind of this investigation, that's why he walked...?
These kinds of cases are, I assume, highly complex and this apparently dates from before he bought us...
Who knows, suppose it doesn't matter in the long run.
I dunno about all of this but lets have faith that it will all turn out alright in the end... lets face it, we have nothing else to cling on to... ATM
I hope that justice is served. Whichever way that is.

The only crime that springs to mind in such a situation is money laundering. BCFC was his washing machine and losing 40million on cash on relegation he never banked on has blown his whole operation wide open.
Bye bye blues
This could be the biggest decimation of an english football club ever known !!!!!
Can you just get closed down????

I dont think there is a physical link (yet) to BIHL.
Even if there is it should not affect BCFC.
As has already been said, there is an allegation. Something that needs looking into.
Pannu is an expert on this, being an ex lawyer, but perhaps he used his experience/contacts to try and cover things over.
Perhaps I should stop pre-supposing and wait to see what happens.
KRO
How bad could this be? stop us from buying/selling players.
Cheers Pikey, I agree, all we can do right now is hang in there and see what happens...
If BCFC goes because of this (which I doubt) then we just build another one. It won't be easy and it won't be pretty but it wouldn't be the first time that a club has had to start all over again.
Yeung & Pannu are NOT BCFC. WE are BCFC.
Until he faces the magistrates tomorrow then we will learn nothing new. No need for panic just yet.

There is no transfer embargo in place.
Until all the evidence is in place and a conviction is secured and proof beyond doubt that there is a direct link to BIHL.
They must also prove that BCFC were the recipients of money from a company owned by Carson Yeung and sent back to BIHL or vice-versa.
Very difficult to prove in court unless he has been taped saying this was his course of action.
These types of cases can go on for years.
In the meantime we have to carry on a normal and hope someone who reads these forums knows someone who lives in a Middle Eastern Country who has £$€Billions to chuck around our club.

JK - was just thinking the same. Actually, part of me really likes the idea of emulating AFC Wimbledon!!! Fact is, for all true blues fans this doesn't change a thing: the live of the club, the memories of supporting them, none of it can be taken away. Whatever happens now is simply thenext chapterof our long long road
Here, here mjl! Well said. We carry OUR club with each of us, it will take more than Yeung & Pannu to wipe that away.

So basically the police want to know where this 600 million HK dollars came from and where it went to?
Think its way to early for people to be talking about getting closed down etc.
I hope the next generation of blues fans appreciate it when we emulate Wimbledon AFC because it will take a lifetime to get back on a ppar.
My claim to fame as a blue will be making it into Europe and winning the cup at the new Wembley!!!!!!!!
