He was wrong on De gea.
Right about some of the other shambes on show last night though.
I don't know what he had to say yesterday although I can imagine. He's spent the whole season doing nothin but criticizing our youngsters. If anyone's to be criticised for last night then it surely has to be SAF for our team selection. Giggs and Jones is a mismatch central pairing against a side that can play football.

Fairplay for accepting your humble pie, are you happy to back track on DDG? We were outclassed and like I say, id put that down to SAFs tactics and the players he had.
Jones isn't terrible, he's a 19 year old finding his feet at the best club in England and has had his position rotated more times than Mario's visited strip clubs. Come to think of it, he has barely played in his natural position and hasn't played alongside someone experienced like Rio.
Tell me this, were you stating Evans last year? He's matured and is easily one of the best defenders in the league right now on current form and is only helped by playing regularly alongside Rio.
DDG was heavily criticised but is now one of the best keepers in Europe on current form, you'd be foolish yo think Jones wouldn't improve and become great if he wasn't being constantly rotated. he was just unfortunate to be played alongside Giggs in the middle. of the park

I guess I will have to eat humble pie allthough nobody can disagree that we probably would still be in the cl if we had waited another season before we bought him.

Actually, the whole teams performance levels were abysmal in the CL. We should have sailed through that group.
Let's not go over board, we have known all along he can make a srting of saves. It's not that aspect of performance he needs to work on, he still gets lost in the chaos around the 6 yard box during free kicks and corners.
But he will become one of the top goalkeepers in the world, I have said that from day one.
We were outclassed in the europa league at home. It is not going to get much worse for United.

we were outplayed (hardly outclassed, lost by the odd goal) by a very good La Liga side who are pushing for a CL spot.
We were also outplayed by Palace not long a go... an average Championship side. Thats a lot worse.
Prerspective is needed.

well he has been one of the best defenders in the PL for a while now. hes good at all those things atm.
