Ok that's good and it helps a lot for other people. My main focus is to keep this league afloat and then start to establish it into to a more enjoyable league.

I just need to get through this first season and get a Valencia manager as soon as possible.

There isn't anyone you know off the JA606 Pub Quiz that might be interested in being a temp manager until June before AFL comes back?

Anfield, I know they are. I just don't think they are ready yet. They joined our league for 2/3 weeks and decide to go off and start there own. They need to get more experience first and then try again. I think they both need to shut that league down, concentrate on this one, try and get managers to join off there league, gather experience and then try again.

Anfield, I hope their league does well too but I can't see that unfortunately. I think they have forgot like you said that they started here. But what I wouldn't be happy about is them using this league to create their own and try and make it a success. No one does it that way ever. I joined LSTD's because it looked good and I really enjoy it. I only started making leagues because I didn't feel there were enough and now there are 3 of them so I didn't use LSTD's for a helping hand. If they wanted to they could help with the running of this league if they really want to run a league. Give them some experience of the time it takes. I spend a lot of time working this and when people don't give any respect back they just fail in what they do and when they try and maintain something that fails too.

Also I have checked up on the league and I noticed that reddevil has turned down 2 offers for a position on there league and he's on the waiting list. Whether he remains there is a different story. So if they are struggling to get managers that were on the waiting list I don't know where they will be going.

There is one huge thing I have learned in these leagues, if you decide to make your own league, you must stay committed to any other leagues you are involved in. If you don't do that then you don't succeed. So they need to commit and if they don't then it will go like my first league, gone and isn't coming back.

It is indeed how it stands atm. If they wish to continue in the manner that they are then I'm afraid they are choosing the wrong path.

There is an old saying that I used to use to people like them.

You step down the wrong path,
The path you should have taken leads to glory,
the one you are on is closer to a cliff,
you don't realise how close you are to the cliff,
It starts to collapse,
You are still stood on the edge and the next time it breaks off, your gone,
They must go back but face a difficult challenge,
The cliff starts to crumble,
Then, one mystery man shows up with a hand, the hand that will lead you back to glory,
It is a decision whether to take it or not,
They must decide soon otherwise they run out of time and that's it,
...

The ... is their choice. If they stop the league and commit to this again and then try again in the future, they have taken the hand, if not, we will replace them and there league will fail and then there is no way back.

Sounds about right to me

For the ... there is 2 other paths they seek

They continue with the league,

They decide not to take the hand,
Slowly falling,
Falling,
Falling,
Then they know they go to a better place

They stop the league,

They reach for the hand and grab it,
One big pull and there back on the road,
They then choose the other path,
Who knows what lies ahead...

So no one can be bothered to even come on anymore? Votes in by tomorrow
