I'd have every other side bar Barca or Real. You then give the good sides (i.e. City, Milan etc) a really low budget and then teams like Liverpool/Valencia really high so they can take advantage in foreigns.

Most of the teams are about equal. Which in this case is better because then it could all come down to the signings.

Will this require a huge amount of dedication as I've got my a levels and I usually do not have much time to come on ja606. However, I am interested though.

and to stop any conflict of interest
League A managers will vote on league B
League B managers will vote on league A
once all votes are in I will do reports for one league and LRF reports for the other
