I'll hand my tactics in tommorow.

Lately, I haven't been on as much as I used to because I haven't had a lot of time, but when the Easter break comes hopefully I will have plenty of time to work harder on this league and LSTD's. I will admit I haven't been putting so much effort because of work reasons but when Easter comes I should be on here often to update everyone with things and I will also updater the noticeboard regularly as well.

But for now it is a goodnight. I will try and get as much time as I can this week but I should have a little more than the last couple of weeks because like I said it is close to the Easter hols.

I think we should maybe look at replacing a couple of people because of inactivity. Skandinavian is 1 I can name. TSC hasn't been on in a few days, AFL is understandable because he has exams and is doing the best he can, Mighty Reds and Hizmo

Hero, ok mate that's fine. Looks as if we may have to gather managers off this site and we need some people to be interested. We need to keep this league active because then there is only 1 league running in the Sports Gaming area.

I'm not sure because I have advertised and some people haven't been on. But we could try. Don't mind posying around a little bit do you mate?

I am not happy with the length of some people's tactics. Some people are at least 200 words over the limit. And yes, I did count lol

i checked hizmos and he has used 514 words

Sorry about my inactiveness. I had 3 law essays to do and trust me, they're long! Anyway I am now available and everything will be done tomorrow.

I didn't say I was blaming you I just have to try and keep everyone pretty active because of what happened on my last league where no one started to post so it was just a warning really.

It is just people like Skandinavian who have posted here 4/5 times and said they should pay more attention to the league when they haven't paid any attention since then. Pure laziness.

Just to make a suggestion on the tactics problem should we say that if you go over the limit then your risking conceding another goal? If you go over the limit by like a couple of words then that is just a warning but if you go like 100 words over then you risk conceding another goal. Should we do it that way?

If so, then I'll run it through with Fan and see if he agrees and then we will use that rule for tactics as well.

if the limit is like 250 then its ok to write like 260, 270 even 300 cause its hard to keep it below the limit but if some go 350 400 or over 500 (double word limit) like hizmo then they shouldnt be able to get a win

Well again I will run it through with Fan and see what he wants to do. It's either change the limit or if keep it the same or you can go over by so much but then you get a warning and if it happens continuously then you risk an extra goal.

they could end up predicted 3-1 winners and they lose a goal but still 2-1 so they wouldnt care that much cause they still win. so they should be disallowed a win

Well me and Fan will come up with a rule that suits everyone.

But it depends. Say i go over by 10 words or less of the 250 words max and don't get a win i wouldn't be so happy because it was 10 words i and can't do it consistently so i don't see why that should happen to anyone else. But like i said anymore than 10 words over or they do it continuously then i don't see why we can't prevent them from winning either.

Again though i will go through it with Fan and see what solution we can come up with and if your all happy then we will crack on with that rule and continue with the league in a normal and professional manor.

10 words other is alright but i mean if your are 100, 200 or 300 words or more over then you shouldnt be able to win

Well me and Fan are talking and we are saying that 10 words is quite harsh. We are close to an agreement though and then we will post the final update on here

But if your not happy we will again discuss and then we will again make changes to that rule.
