Any game is winnable in these 2 leagues. Since they are both very small leagues and the teams are very tight you need to get your team to get some consistency and you will win a lot of the games you play.
Use the Championship as a example. All you need is consistency and to string plenty of wins together and you will achieve promotion. Look at Reading! 12/14 games have been wins and we were mid-table and now we are top of the league. The same with Forest. Last season they had consistency and won plenty of games and finished in the play-offs and this season it has been a very much disappointing season for them because they didn't keep up the consistency.

Arsenal_gooner, you will get a full season as manager before June and you may just get a job if someone isn't being active on the league so there is still a chance that you could get someone.
i will run the dare...and own league so wont find time for another team
