Who the hell taught you this?
Spelling standardisation took place in the US and the UK at around the same time but the us spelt some things differently. For example they'd say standardization rather than standardisation.
Both are correct but 'favour' is the norm in Britain just like 'colour' and 'labour' rather than 'color' and 'labor'.

Shocking isn't it. What has he even done wrong?
A much needed person ell to this league and is a key figure. We need him back because I can't do it on my own.
We need to try and find 2 other managers and soon as well. I've asked a couple of people. Need to get someone to join.
Think Hodge is joining this league but I'm not sure
