Premier League - without doubt.

I am sure SAF will much prefer winning the title. Making it number 20.

Is this a trick question? The title any day, it's the most prestigious trophy for any English club and I rank it the best trophy to ever win as well.

Premier League. Always the Premier League.

I fully understand all of you. Just wanted to see if there was anyone that shared my nagging doubt that maybe I would choose the Europa League to say that we've done it all.

Premier League ranks above the Champions League and so the Europa League could never be a preference!!!

ahaha. Well if this is the case, then he should just rest the first team on Thursday. Play Pogba, Berba, fabio, cleverly etc... give them game time and rest the first team for what looks like a potential banana skin run in..

A second rate European tournament, or the most prestigious league title in all of Europe??

What a daft question, the mere fact that most English team can't be bothered with this comp in the early stages should answer your question for you.

You don't rest the first team, you do all you can to win every match and utilise the squad in whatever fashion is most favourable to keep it performing throughout the run in. Even if we go out of the Europa League on Thursday it's important to try and go out with a good display rather than a wimper, to draw the match or win but go out on away goals is far better than wimping out, gotta keep the momentum going!

Of course you want to be the best in your country more than anything else.

Who knows... winning the Europa League might be euphoric feeling?!

I don't think anyone ever thought ruefully about the fact of the 'gaping' hole in our trophy cabinet based on not winning the UEFA cup until we found ourselves in the competition. The fact that we would be 'completing the set' is a nice consolation for the fact that we got knocked out of the CL but it can never be the priority.

Europa league or FA Cup? - that's a closer call.

Your own domestic league, especially when that happens to be the Premier League, comes before every other competition, even the European Cup!

That's the way it should be.

Definitely the Premier League. However the only problem with United winning the league this season is that Mancini will most likely be dismissed and most probably replaced by Mourinho. Mourinho armed with Man City's huge finances might just be an unbeatable combination.

League every single time.

Europa league or FA Cup?

-------------------------------------------------------

The FA Cup, without a shadow of a doubt. It might be a bit easier to say now because we're out of the latter, but I'm still someone who absolutely loves the FA Cup and I'm saddened by our recent record in the competition. It's still amazing that players like Rio and Rooney haven't won it yet.

Rio hasn't won the FA Cup....No way?!

Everyone want's to be the Champions of their own back yard, it's a long old season full of ups & downs & if at the end of it all you can end up on top of the pile its a great feeling, plus it sets you up nicely for the summer.

Prem every time, everything else is a bonus IMO.

Was Rio injured when we won the final against Millwall? (Or was that when he had his ban?)

I agree it has been too long since we had some FA Cup final joy but on balance I'd probably put 'completing the set' above that. If we already had the solitary UEFA Cup in our records, it would be the other way round. (And if you asked me at the start of the season and the question implied not getting through the group stages of the CL, obviously I wouldn't want to go anywhere near the Europea league.)

i don't like the idea of picking and choosing trophies, i'm happy to see united win anything.

I think bar the CL (possibly), the PL trumps everything.

Still think Europa is pants if only for the way we and others qualify by 'dropping out' of the CL to join other teams who have taken the 'normal' route - it just feels wrong.

Red Russian

Rio was serving his ban at the time.
