Guess it depends what time you get there, after 12pm its a nightmare, parked in a side street once and spent 3 hrs looking for car after the game
You could use Cockfosters, park there and get the train in. There's also a couple of secure car parks around the ground, I believe one of the school's provide a service on match day.
Weare....................
Enfield Town ??
Loadsa car parking there (don't know what the costs are for the time you'd be there) .
there is parking in edmonton about five mins walk from the stadium. not many people know this though as they dont know the backstreets..
its just outside the no matchday parking zone and there is always space if you are early
Enfield Town looks good. Cheers RBDB.
Chronic
Will look at later though "Early" is not always in my vocabulary.
"Enfield Town looks good. Cheers RBDB."
In the shopping ones, more secure for the car.
Trains are every 30 mins though (not sure if Cheshunt has more frequent stopping at Northumberland Park on match days though) .
Not sure about the shopping car parks as I'm taking my wife. Might not get to the game

Enfield Town has nothing on that front, other than plenty car parks. So you will be safe.
There is an estate off Colyton Way (edmonton high street) - park in there. Its free plus its handy to get out quickly onto the A406 after the game.

At your own risk (and that is my homeland) .
Edmonton Retail Park has 4 - 5 areas for parking which costs around £2 an hour, fairly reasonable to be honest. There's quite a lot of parking in Edmonton which is 5 minutes walk from the stadium, it's just a matter of knowing the backroads near by.
I work in the stadium, and get lifts from family members so have to walk all the way to the stadium - I'm so lazy.
