Best intro to a Hip Hop album?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We Got It For Cheap off Hell Hath No Fury, Dark Fantasy a close second, with Music (Intro) by Charles Hamilton in third.

IMO.

Incredible beat by Metro Boomin on that intro.

That beat is marvelous. Perfect song to describe how i like my rap music. Fire beat and the rapper must just snap.

So... Best Album of 2015? B4.DA.$$

'Any other thoughts on hip-hop in 2015? Disappointed at Vic Mensa who seemed to mostly release crap stuff, and a few inconspicous features here and there. Chance went up in my estimation after 2014, not Vic'

Liking his new EP, getting better now. In particular last two songs. There Is A Lot Going On, ie last song is powerful

I prefered Vic when they both were breaking through with Acid Rap & INNANETAPE, mainly because i wasnt all into Chance's voice at the time so it was easy to understand/hear Vic's lyrics.

Chance has transcended to another level with Coloring Book though. Havent listened to Vic's new release though.

Cheers for the shout on that

Don't think I have got a Snoop album since The Last Meal.
Used to love Snoop, DPG, Dre and Death Row

DJ do you just stop listening to artists after listening to the first album you don't like from them. Have a little faith

posted on 25/7/16

No. I didn't really like anything after Tha Doggfather. All the No Limit albums were trash.
Thinking about it, though, I did have the Rhythm and Gangsta album. Wasn't impressed, although it was better than the No Limit albums.
